This restaurant offered a pleasant five-course meal in a cozy setting. The staff clearly paid attention to detail, which contributed to a relaxed atmosphere. The food was good, with the halibut and wagyu beef being particularly noteworthy. It was a nice way to spend a birthday

This restaurant is an absolute gem! The food is simply outstanding—every dish is bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot for a cozy dinner or a special celebration. And the lemon tart? Hands down, the best in the world! The perfect balance of tangy and sweet with a buttery, flaky crust—pure perfection. Highly recommend!

We had the lunch tasting menu with wine pairing. It was 5 courses and a cheese platter. Absolutely amazing selections and tastes, combined with great ambience and very attentive service.

Took me a while to write this review, but everything was absolutely brilliant. Greeted by our first names, having a printed menu for my 40th birthday, the service, the food - everything was exceptional.

This restaurant made my birthday wonderful and memorable. All staff were very welcoming and attentive as well as very professional. The serving speed was very quick without any delays. The foods were superb - the ingredients were fresh and harmonised. I regret I didn't order sides as the mains had such a great punch and powerful flavours. Great atmosphere to enjoy Christmas vibe enough. As this place is a popular spot, I wish they extended the size of a restaurant, and then more people can have an amazing experience there. Love this place lots.

Just fabulous from start to finish. A gem of a restaurant with the very best service, superb food of the highest quality and an enviable wine list all served in a lovely setting.

Exquisite Meal at The French Table last night! All I can say is truly a “Chef’s Kiss” is deserved and more! This talented Chef should be awarded a Michelin Star From the moment you walk in you’re so warmly greeted. They are all about the details... staff are so knowledgeable and friendly. Celebrating a birthday - was made to be pretty spectacular - I am a well travelled person... I have eaten in some amazing restaurants. The combination of ingredients and presentation was really impressive.

This is a real French style cafe. Must try French style Cakes and they non-stop creat new cakes. So please try something out of full English breakfast. Soup is my favorite and never let me down. Staff always super busy and well care for all customers. Bread is the best in Kingston, sold out very fast. Coffee is good. High tea set is the best I've even seen. But it need to pre-order 2 days in advance (?). Every 3rd Saturday morning will have farmers market in Maple street, there is a live band in their balcony, that is the best time for first visit.
